The Final Communications plan is available here
UI-View users can download this file and run it. Accept the default c:\ and it will put overlay files in the UI-View Directories.
Load the file using Actions>Overlays>Load Overlay and Load B4Brain2015.pos
Then Click on Map>Control Panel>Overlays> and click on b4brain2015.CAD
Everything should show up on your map.
